Chehalis, WA

I-5 Toyota is a manufacturer compliant Toyota dealership located in a new commercial area on a major I-5 interchange near Chehalis, WA. The initial project challenge required raising the entire 4.8 acre site by more than eight feet to bring the grade above the existing flood level while creating a terraced site design that faces the enormous traffic count of Interstate 5. This 32,000 SF pre-engineered steel building structure, which is clad in vertical metal siding and clear anodized ACM panels and glazed in aluminum storefront glazing, provides the mandated image of the contemporary Toyota Dealership facility while holding the construction cost to a minimum.
