Auburn, WA

Auburn Subaru, located on Auburn’s busy Auto Row, needed to upgrade their facility. It was found that renovating their existing small dealership to bring it up to current building standards and space needs cost only slightly less than building new, but it required extensive compromises. The decision was made to build a new facility while staying as close as possible to the original renovation budget. By using efficient design and economical construction systems a larger facility with room for growth was generated with only slight budget increases. The use of pre-engineered steel frames allowed for large open spaces with internal design flexibility and a minimum of structure.
